UVCMS is proud to announce the release of its Amazon FPS Enroll Module, a new Moodle plug-in that fully integrates Amazon’s FPS payment gateway with the world’s leading open-source LMS. Previously, the Moodle community had just two payment gateway options available: PayPal and Authorize.Net. Now, with UVCMS’s new module, a Moodle administrator can opt for the ease of the Amazon FPS. With the Amazon FPS Enroll Module, prospective students have the option of paying course fees via credit card, bank transfer or their own Amazon Payments account. Further, they can access their Amazon account information, where their payment and address information is stored, thereby streamlining the enrollment process. As a course administrator, one can configure the module for either English or Spanish speaking users. The module includes other features as well, including email notifications for buyers and sellers, as well as backend administration, making it easy to track orders and payments.
The Amazon FPS Enroll Module is compatible with Moodle v1.9. It is available from the Moodle web site at: http://tracker.moodle.org/browse/CONTRIB-1258
