We require verification of Instructor access to original course content on the source LMS as well
as
the destination LMS.
We analyze the original course and determine any problematic issues based on course format.
In the event that issues are uncovered, a report will be sent to you and our project manager
can advise.
Instructional designers create a "Content Migration Plan" mapping course elements in the original
course to the appropiate course elements in the destination course.
A Platform engineer will implement the migration plan using necessary export and import tools.
These will vary according to the platform migration path. Any remaining issues identified will be
discussed with you.
Once course is successfully migrated to the destination LMS, the course is reviewed by the
Quality Assurance Team against the Content Migration Plan. The course is then compared to
the original in a manual and tool based testing of all course elements.
